In a 125-year-old building in downtown Memphis, a subgrade parking garage was in need of serious repairs.  The concrete had rotted, disintegrated and was crumbling in many areas. IA removed large chunks of the damaged concrete, down to the level of the dirt below, filled the sections with cementitious repair mortar, and finished with a traffic coating system.

Our team recently restored these warehouse joints using a proven process: we excavated two inches of concrete on each side of the joint, removed all debris and dust, and rebuilt and honored the joint to allow natural movement. The result is a smooth, durable surface that protects your wheeled traffic and forklifts from costly damage. By rebuilding these joints, we increased the PSI rating from 4,000–5,000 up to 8,000 PSI, delivering a longer-lasting, safer floor designed to withstand heavy use and constant traffic.
